Challenge
How do you turn a hospitality company into brand that doesn’t exist yet for global expansion and fundraising initiatives, craft its identity to reflect elevated design that speaks with a bold visual dialect while pairing it with the warmth of “pie on Sunday”—and fast track an aggressive 6-week timeline to deliver what typically takes 6 months?
Approach
Stealth mode, that’s how. We conducting intensive field research across coffee bars, restaurants, boutiques, hotels and cultural spaces to understand how we could differentiate through AH2’s distinct point of view. We demonstrated exceptional hospitality, preserving cultural heritage, and wrapping the brand with accessible luxury in a 60+ page strategic brand framework.

Brand Identity
Articulating the essence of AH2 into tangible elements that the audience can see, touch, and experience was essential. Our goal was to ensure that every visual statement was a bridge between their internal values and external expression.



Content Strategy
To make digital feel tactile and reinforce AH2's commitment to quality and detail, we paired warmth with the art of hospitality, highlighting their devotion to traditional methods and premium materials. Articulating AH2 meant honoring the past, while building the future, demonstrating how heritage informs rather than constrains creativity.
